Terms and Conditions

Services Provided:

Beginning upon execution of this agreement, Company shall perform carton forwarding and prep services responsibilities requested by the Client for products shipped to the Pick N Pack centre warehouse by Client, including but not limited to:

  • Receiving and inspection of inventory
  • Printing FNSKU/ UPC labels, and creating Amazon/Walmart FBA shipments.
  • Packing products and assigning box content
  • Shipping products to Amazon, Walmart or any other marketplace
  • Storage of Inventory
  • Carton Forwarding
  • Services NOT Provided:

    We DO NOT offer services for customer return processing/consolidation, FBA removal order inspection/relabelling, repackaging products, or customs brokerage.

    SENDING INVENTORY TO Pick N Pack Center:

    You are responsible for notifying us of the inventory you are sending to us via email which must contains below information.

  • Send Name & Address
  • Item Details
  • Item count
  • Number of Cartons
  • Weight of Cartons
  • Receiving a shipment before a corresponding Inbound Shipment has been created creates additional work and disrupts our workflow so they are subject to a Non-Compliance fee of $50 per shipment.

    Shipments:

    We only ship product through below carriers:

  • USPS
  • FEDEX
  • UPS
  • DHL

  • In case of any other carrier we will ship the item as per the client request for no additional cha rge if the carrier is located within the 10 miles from Pick N Pack centre warehouse. In case carrier is located more than 10 miles away from Pick N Pack centre warehouse additional charges will be applied according to the distance.

    Storage:

    Pick N Pack centre does not charge storage fee for (30) days of receiving any shipment on Flat forwarding plan. If the plan expired and not renewed storage fees are assessed beginning the 31st day and end the day your inventory is removed from our warehouse by way of forwarding or disposal. Storage fees accrue daily at the rate $2 per day. Pick N Pack centre does not charge storage fee for (30) days of receiving any shipment as per easy ship, basic, basic plus, select or custom plan criteria. If the plan expired and not renewed storage fees are assessed beginning the 31st day and end the day your inventory is removed from our warehouse by way of forwarding or disposal. Storage fees accrue daily at the rate $2 per carton per day.

    Disposal of Inventory:

    In most cases, Pick N Pack centre will dispose of any product per the Client's request for no additional charge. If disposing of the product requires additional expenses for Pick N Pack centre, including but not limited to waste management fees, you will be responsible to pay the additional charges. Once the disposal request is submitted, the product becomes the property of Pick N Pack centre and may be disposed of at Pick N Pack centre discretion.

    Unacceptable Products:

    Pick N Pack centre reserves the right to refuse to accept or process any product or shipment we deem dangerous, excessively laborious, legally questionable, or that we are not properly equipped to process. These products include but are not limited to:


  • Customer Returns
  • FBA Removals
  • Temperature- Sensitive Items regardless of the time of year
  • Used Products
  • Overly fragrant products that do not come in pre-sealed containers like essential oils, perfumes, sachets, or candles
  • Lithium Batteries
  • Knives and Sharp instruments
  • 20 lbs (without express permission)
  • Products larger than 24 inches on their longest side (without express permission)

  • Received products classified as Unacceptable are subject to a Non-Compliance fee of $2 per unit and must be removed from Pick N Pack centre warehouse within seven (7) calendar days at your expense. If the products are not removed by the deadline, we will consider your inventory abandoned and reserve the right to dispose of the items.

    Prohibited Items:

    We take compliance extremely seriously. Prohibited items are substances or articles that pose an extremely high risk to safety or property or the environment resulting in us not being able to store or ship those products. Some of the products that we are NOT able to ship under any circumstance include:

  • Animals
  • Animal-fighting ventures
  • Dangerous products like corrosives, solvents, fuel, fertilizer, pepper spray, bear repellent, weapons or firearms.
  • Cigarettes and smokeless tobacco
  • Cannabis, Narcotics, Drugs or controlled substances of any kind
  • Chemicals or Hazardous Material
  • Firearms, Ammunition or Explosives
  • Flammable Liquids
  • Human Remains
  • Intoxicating Liquors
  • Motor vehicle master keys and lock smithing devices
  • Counterfeit products
  • Credit cards
  • Personal documents, passports, identity cards, driving licences
  • Sexual products and Adults Toys

  • Received products classified as Prohibited are subject to a Non-Compliance and we will consider your inventory abandoned and reserve the right to dispose of the items. Pick N Pack centre do not ship or forward any prohibited Items which were listed above in any case.

    Processing Time:

    Flat Forwarding Plan: Pick N Pack centre typically will check in inventory received the same day if it is received before 2pm (EST).


    Prep shipments lag time depend on unit count and requirement. Small shipment will typically be processed within 48 to 72 hours.
    Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Pick N Pack centre is closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Pick N Pack centre may also be closed or only open limited hours on Christmas Eve and/or New Year's Eve

    Client Responsibilities:

  • Client must comply with the requirements of all laws of any kind applying to Customer and the receipt and utilisation of the Services
  • A Client not direct Pick N Pack centre to do anything which may cause Pick N Pack center to breach any Laws.
  • The Client cannot use the services in order to send Prohibited Items. Client acknowledges that Prohibited Items could be subject to non-collection or return, in which case no refund of carriage will be given and no claim for loss or damage can be made on a Prohibited Item and in addition, the Client will be liable for any damages caused in transit to other shipments or property resulting from sending Prohibited Items.
  • Client acknowledges that a failure to declare any dangerous goods and/or Prohibited Items can lead to prosecution and that the responsibility for this rests solely on the client.
  • Changes to Service Plan:

    The client may upgrade or downgrade their Service Plan at any time. Any changes to the Service Plan shall take effect at the beginning of the following month.

    Storage Liability:

    Pick N Pack centre shall not be responsible for storage of the Goods in a temperature or humidity controlled environment. Client knowingly accepts that the Goods will be warehoused in a non- temperature/humidity controlled environment. Pick N Pack centre will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Goods that result from fluctuations in temperature range or in humidity levels of the warehouse. Pick N Pack centre will furthermore not be responsible for losses or damages incurred to Perishable Goods, unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to tender of the Goods for storage.

    Loss or Damage Liability Limitations:

    In no event shall Pick N Pack centre be liable for any loss or damage caused by:

  • Acts of God; public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority; strikes; labor disputes; weather; mechanical or equipment failures; cyber -attacks; civil commotions; hazards incident to a state of war; acts of terrorism; acts or omissions of customs or quarantine officials; acts of carriers related to security; the nature of the freight or any defects thereof; inherent vice of the goods; perishable qualities of the merchandise; fires; frost or change of weather; sprinkler leakage; floods; wind; storm; moths; public enemies; or other causes beyond its control.
  • Fragile articles injured or broken, unless packed by Pick N Pack centre employees.
  • Concealed damage, or for losses incurred due to the concealed damage of the Goods.
  • Service Charges and Payment:

  • The plan prices of Pick N Pack centre and other item are as indicated on our website at picknpack.com.
  • The client can choose from different subscription option that offer different level of services. All subscriptions plans are based on flat-rate pricing.
  • Client shall pay Pick N Pack centre the subscription fee specified in the plan section
  • Pick N Pack centre will send the PayPal payment link to client email address. Client agree to pay the required charges through the provided PayPal link.
  • All subscription plans are non-recursive and client can subscribe any plan multiple times.
  • Pricing for Prep services is based on the time Pick n Pack centre receives your inventory.
  • Payment must be completed prior to Pick N Pack centre releasing the shipment to the carrier.
  • Pick n Pack centre shall have a lien on the Goods and may refuse to surrender possession of the Goods until all charges or debts are paid in full. If such amounts remain unpaid for 90 days after Pick n Pack centre demand for payment, Pick n Pack centre may sell the Goods at public auction or private sale or in any other manner reasonable, and shall apply the proceeds of such sale to the amounts owed. Client remains responsible for any deficiency outstanding to Pick N Pack centre.

  • By engaging in services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.

    Picknpackcenter
