Beginning upon execution of this agreement, Company shall perform carton forwarding and prep services responsibilities requested by the Client for products shipped to the Pick N Pack centre warehouse by Client, including but not limited to:
We DO NOT offer services for customer return processing/consolidation, FBA removal order inspection/relabelling, repackaging products, or customs brokerage.
You are responsible for notifying us of the inventory you are sending to us via email which must contains below information.
Receiving a shipment before a corresponding Inbound Shipment has been created creates additional work and disrupts our workflow so they are subject to a Non-Compliance fee of $50 per shipment.
We only ship product through below carriers:
In case of any other carrier we will ship the item as per the client request for no additional cha rge if the carrier is located within the 10 miles from Pick N Pack centre warehouse. In case carrier is located more than 10 miles away from Pick N Pack centre warehouse additional charges will be applied according to the distance.
Pick N Pack centre does not charge storage fee for (30) days of receiving any shipment on Flat forwarding plan. If the plan expired and not renewed storage fees are assessed beginning the 31st day and end the day your inventory is removed from our warehouse by way of forwarding or disposal. Storage fees accrue daily at the rate $2 per day. Pick N Pack centre does not charge storage fee for (30) days of receiving any shipment as per easy ship, basic, basic plus, select or custom plan criteria. If the plan expired and not renewed storage fees are assessed beginning the 31st day and end the day your inventory is removed from our warehouse by way of forwarding or disposal. Storage fees accrue daily at the rate $2 per carton per day.
In most cases, Pick N Pack centre will dispose of any product per the Client's request for no additional charge. If disposing of the product requires additional expenses for Pick N Pack centre, including but not limited to waste management fees, you will be responsible to pay the additional charges. Once the disposal request is submitted, the product becomes the property of Pick N Pack centre and may be disposed of at Pick N Pack centre discretion.
Pick N Pack centre reserves the right to refuse to accept or process any product or shipment we deem dangerous, excessively laborious, legally questionable, or that we are not properly equipped to process. These products include but are not limited to:
Received products classified as Unacceptable are subject to a Non-Compliance fee of $2 per unit and must be removed from Pick N Pack centre warehouse within seven (7) calendar days at your expense. If the products are not removed by the deadline, we will consider your inventory abandoned and reserve the right to dispose of the items.
We take compliance extremely seriously. Prohibited items are substances or articles that pose an extremely high risk to safety or property or the environment resulting in us not being able to store or ship those products. Some of the products that we are NOT able to ship under any circumstance include:
Received products classified as Prohibited are subject to a Non-Compliance and we will consider your inventory abandoned and reserve the right to dispose of the items. Pick N Pack centre do not ship or forward any prohibited Items which were listed above in any case.
Flat Forwarding Plan: Pick N Pack centre typically will check in inventory received the same day if it is received before 2pm (EST).
Prep shipments lag time depend on unit count and requirement. Small shipment will typically be processed
within 48 to 72 hours.
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Pick N Pack centre is closed on New
Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Pick N Pack
centre may also be closed or only open limited hours on Christmas Eve and/or New Year's Eve
The client may upgrade or downgrade their Service Plan at any time. Any changes to the Service Plan shall take effect at the beginning of the following month.
Pick N Pack centre shall not be responsible for storage of the Goods in a temperature or humidity controlled environment. Client knowingly accepts that the Goods will be warehoused in a non- temperature/humidity controlled environment. Pick N Pack centre will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Goods that result from fluctuations in temperature range or in humidity levels of the warehouse. Pick N Pack centre will furthermore not be responsible for losses or damages incurred to Perishable Goods, unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to tender of the Goods for storage.
