+ Where is your fulfilment Center located?
Our fulfilment Center is located in New Jersey
+ Do you work with international sellers?
Yes we accept international shipments sent to us. We do not broker or process the paperwork involved for importing/exporting goods at this time.
+ Do you work with new sellers?
Yes! We absolutely work with new sellers. Starting a FBA business is hard work, and can be expensive. We
keep our fees competitive, and if we can answer a simple question, we will do our best with that as well.
+ How do you Bill?
Good Question! Once you sign up using google form we will send you the PayPal payment link to your email.
You can use that link to subscribe your desire plan.
+ Are there any monthly fee?
Nope! All our plans are based on flat-pricing which means Pay As you Ship – No long term Contract, No
monthly or annual fee, More Flexibility More Control.
+ Do you accept pallets?
No, we do not accept pallet at this time however our team is working to get this service started soon.
+ What is your Flat Forwarding turnaround time?
Upon delivery of goods to our warehouse, processing takes up to 48 hour days. Weekends and holidays are excluded.
+ Do you share buys with other sellers?
Absolutely not! Your privacy is very important to us and the success of your business. We have a strict confidentiality policy and will not disclose information about you or your buys.
